Torn Apart is a 2005 movie starring Tony Umez, Eucharia Anọbi, and Ireti Osayemi. It tells the story of Charles (Umez) and Juliet (Anọbi), a couple under pressure from relatives because they have no children. Juliet turns to faith, while Charles makes the mistake of sleeping with their housemaid, Nkechi (Osayemi). Well, like ‘Ekaette’, Nkechi con get belle (becomes pregnant), forcing Charles to confront a difficult choice as this would be his first child. His decision sets off a chain of consequences.
Directed by Michael Jaja, the two-part movie also features Patience Ozokwor and Stan K. Mandy.
