Two Together is Tchidi Chikere’s second romantic drama uniting Emeka Ike and Genevieve Nnaji, following their earlier collaboration in Beloved (2002).
Emeka Ike takes on the role of Raphael, a schoolteacher whose strict punishment of his student, Nchekube (Genevieve Nnaji), leads to a tragic accident that leaves her blind in one eye. Under traditional judgment, Raphael is compelled to marry Nchekube.
Though reluctant and resentful of the arrangement, he agrees, but his unwillingness soon shows, as he struggles to be a loving or supportive husband to her.
The 2002 production also stars Mac. Smith Ochendo, Chinwe Owoh and the Late veteran, Fabian Adibe
