Popular Nollywood comic actor, Baba Ijesha has been arrested for allegedly defiling a 14-year old girl.
Based on preliminary findings, it was discovered that Baba Ijesha real name Olarenwaju James, has been sexually assaulting the victim since she was seven years old.
Known for comical mimicking of the Ekiti Accent, a Yoruba dialect, the 48-year-old actor confessed to the crime and was also captured by a CCTV camera in the house of the complainant, who reported it to the police.
A proper investigation has been ordered by the Lagos State Commissioner of Police.
God! What kind of unforgivable act is this by one a lot of people look up to? Shame! Shameful indeed!! I pray He gets the deserved punishment! Smh...
