Efficacy is a 2006 romantic drama/comedy starring Stephanie Linus Okereke and Desmond Elliot. Okereke plays the witty and cunning Lucia, who is struggling to make ends meet when she runs into a young and successful Duke (Desmond Elliot) in not the best of circumstances.
It’s a two-part movie directed by Tchidi Chikere. An
interesting and perhaps unforgettable scene was when Lucia decided to pay back a God-fearing, nosey neighbour, Arthur
(Kelvin Ugwu), who kept complaining about her comings and goings to the Landlord. Lucia, the city girl, gave him the treat of his life.
