Superstar, a 2021 dramedy, brilliantly captures the life of
a Nollywood actress. Nancy Isime (Kambili - The Whole 30 Yards) plays the aspiring and eventually successful
actress, Queen Ejiro, who went through it all, encountering all kinds of challenges from sexual harassment, betrayal, blackmail, envy and a sweet and sour relationship
that eventually gave her two-lifetime achievement awards.

Mason (D.O.D, Elevator Baby), the
170minute feature-length movie seems way too long and possibly an overkill. But
it makes up with a brilliant cast that includes Timi Egbuson, Eku Edewor, Daniel
Etim Effiong and Deyemi Okanlawon as Babs Akindele.
