Sweet face is far from being a story about a married couple,
Nkem and Tobi, who, after eight years of waiting, find out through a routine Ultrasound check
that their unborn baby is likely to be born with down syndrome. It’s a powerful love story (not Romantic) that uses the Down Syndrome issue as an angle to
demonstrate the power of commitment, devotion, loyalty and respect they had for
each other.
Starring Adorah Udeh (Baby Maker, Tree) and Demola Adedoyin (Fine Wine, October 1), the feature-length directed by Kayode Kasum (Ponzi, The Lady called Life) also stars Zack Orji and Ngozi Nwosu as an older version of Nkem and Tobi still basking in their everlasting love.
