The Spider's Web is a documentary that details
how Britain (via the City of London) has transformed from a colonial power to a
global financial nucleus attracting corporate bodies, rich and powerful
leaders, in particular, Sub Sahara Africa, into an untaxable region of offshore
accounts known as Tax Haven.
The investigative documentary also demonstrates how sub-Saharan Africa incurred a debt profile of $177bn against exported wealth that belonged to their societies into various offshore accounts amounting to five times larger than the 'foreign debt.'
A must-see for any concerned African. Streaming on Netflix
