Directed by Lancelot Imasuen it tells the story of Pastor Jake(Mofe Damijo) and his unruly and pretentious wife, Faith (Nnaji) . Jake is having a hard time controlling his wife But his dad, Chief Briggs (OLu Jacobs) is scheming a plan to save his son while Faith’s mother, Mrs Ejiofor (Ozokwor) is encouraging her daughter to stay in the marriage because Jake, though being a Pastor, is the sole heir to his father’s business empire. At the height of his marital turbulence, Jake starts seeking solace and companionship from his father’s young wife, Eve (Linus - Okereke)
Written and co-produced by Emem Isong the captivating two - part family drama became an instant success thanks to its strong cast and exceptional performances by lead actors. It also inspired a 2004 spin off titled Critical Decision which reunited RMD, Nnaji and Okereke. Also directed by Imasuen and produced by Isong, it became a blockbuster hit.
