Bimbo Ademoye, a star actress and social media influencer, has achieved remarkable success in under a decade and has ended up winning the coveted 2023 AMVCA's award for Best Actress in a Comedy after many prior nominations attesting to the diligent effort she has put into her craft.

A product of the famous and prestigious Mayflower school with a Business Administration degree from Covenant University, Ademoye has been busy since 2014 when she was first cast in a short feature, "Where Talent Lies", which made headlines at the Africa International Film Festival in 2015, she made her film debut in the movie, It's All About Your Husband marking the beginning of an illustrious career.

In 2017, she starred in "The Backup Wife", a movie that earned her her first AMVCA nomination for Best Actress in a Comedy in 2018. She didn't win but got the most roles, starring alongside A-List Actors such as Sam Dede and Stella Damasus in family drama GONE. She also rolled brilliantly alongside Monalisa Chinda in a romantic drama, The Personal Assistant and won the 2018 Best of Nollywood Best Actress In Supporting Role.

Premium Times listed her amongst the top five to make it big in 2018; she did but surpassed that expectation as her career gained further momentum in 2019 and 2020 with more roles that included the box office hit Sugar Rush, where she starred alongside Adesua Etomi and Bisola Aiyeola.

Alongside her impressive acting career, she also creates and curates content for Social Media and comedy skit series such as Iya Barakat’s Teropi Sexxion and Sibe, which has accrued millions of followers and has added tremendously to her value, elevating her status to a ‘most sought-after’ in 2021. She was cast alongside Timini Egbuson to star in Biodun Stephen's comedy-drama, Breaded Life. The same year, she played a significant supporting role in Jadesola Osiberu/Tunde Kelani's biopic Ayinla.

Constantly going from height to height each year, Ademoye, always proud of her paternal upbringing in 2022, landed a major role in Kunle Afolayan's periodic movie, Anikulapo. Her brilliant interpretation of the 'Lonely-at-the-top', Olori Arolake earned critical acclaim for the film and an AMVCA Best Actress nomination in 2023. She has also reunited with the Breaded Life director and co-star for another romantic drama, Big Love.
