A graduate of Dramatic Arts and English, Ms. Silva became a '3rd Name' in major Nollywood movies. which includes, Violated, Mind Bending, Òwúrò lojo 30 Days Keeping Faith. She has also secured an international casting in 1998 when she starred alongside Colin Firth and Nia Long in the movie titled The Secret Laughter of Women.
She won the 2006 AMAA Award for her leading role in Women's Cot.
For the screen, she starred in Kunle Afolayan's Phone Swap and was part of the star cast in Ebony life's Chief Daddy.

As a businesswoman of the Arts, she co-runs the Lufodo Group with hubby, Sir Olu Jacobs. a business outfit that includes the famous Academy of Performing Arts.
