BEAST OF TWO WORLD (AJAKAJU) - Eniola Ajao's new movie soars high at the box office

Beast of Two Worlds (Ajanaku), starring Eniola Ajao, Odunlade Adekola, Sola Sobowale, Femi Adebayo, Fathia Balogun, Mercy Aigbe, Lateef Adedimeji, Ibrahim Chatta, and Bimbo Akintola is a very aesthetically pleasing epic movie.

Directed by the duo of Tijani Adebayo and Adekola, the epic movie with a familiar story plot took a different twist. It told the story of a King, Oba Towobola Ajani, who, in a desperate bid for a son and heir, married another wife from a different tribe.

I mostly liked the fact that they played both sides. One family has only girls, and another is birthing only boys.

The progression was spotty in some places; the narration tried to cover those places, and as is becoming a thing with Nollywood movies, it progressed slowly and then a hurried end.

Notwithstanding, it answered the questions and ended on a good note.

His family's betrayal of the King was also a good twist and balanced the story.

The acting was 100 per cent in all ramifications. Ajao, who also produced the movie, shined all through. Sola Sobowale deserves her flowers any time she appears on the screen. Odunlade has roles like this down pat. The three Oloris (wives), played by Fathia Balogun, Mercy Aigbe and Bimbo Akintola, were lovely; they are all Veterans who have earned their place.

Beast of Two Worlds crossed all the t's and dotted all the i's of a good movie, with costumes, settings, locations, and music that were in sync and beautiful.

We are also seeing a rise in each production of Epic Yoruba movies like this, and it should be applauded as it brings our stories, culture, and traditions to light.

Highly Recommended to watch in the Cinemas
