WHERE THE LOVE LIES : A Quietly Powerful Story of Love, Pain, and Silent Struggles

Bimbo Ademoye’s new flick, Where The Love Lies, feels like a quiet Christmas gift wrapped in real-life lessons. It shines a light on the often-unspoken struggles of housewives who suffer in silence—smiling through pain and pretending everything is perfect, “hiding behind perfect clothes and designer makeup.”

Beautifully written by Ukeme Nineday, Ademoye, who also created the story, gave a raw, emotional, and deeply relatable portrayal as Demilade Okechukwu, while Uzor Arukwe’s solid performance as Ekene added weight to the story

Directed by Val Edochie, the film also features strong support from Osas Ighodaro, Chioma Nwosu, and Emem Udoquak, with a special appearance by Blessings Jessica Obasi. And let’s not forget the soundtrack—it’s soft, fitting, and perfectly complements the mood of the story without trying too hard.

Highly recommended. Watch @bimboademoye TV on YouTube
